Forming a Budget for cabinetry:

Many shops charge by linear foot (LF) separating base cabinets & upper cabinets.
In most cases, Refrigerator, Pantry and oven cabinets have more cost.
With Us, Please Expect to pay at least 300.00 linear foot for
Standard Base cabinets made of Birch and 200.00 LF for upper cabinets.
- Bamboo will add 200.00 LF
- Tiger Bamboo will add 300.00 LF
- Coconut Palm will add 300.00 LF
- Kirei Board will add 300.00 LF
- Melamine w/ Mica deduct 100.00 LF
- Exotic Veneers,etc. could vary up to 800.00 LF extra
- Full Oven cabinets, Pantry could cost more due to pull-out drawers & doors
- Refrigerator Cabinets will average at 700.00 each
- Our base cabinets have soft close under-mount drawer slides and adjustable shelves
- Our upper cabinets have 2 adjustable shelves
- Glass panel doors are an extra cost
- Under cabinet LED lighting is an extra cost
- Door handles, Knobs and specialty hardware is an extra cost
- Appliances and Sinks is an extra cost
- Consulting with a designer can help you organize the layout and prepare renderings for you as well as convert those renderings into prints. This will cost more based on your designers business model.
- All stacked drawer base cabinets instead of 1 drawer, 1 door cabinet will add cost
- Pull-out drawers in pantry cabinets will add to the cost ( about 100.00 each) Now these are basic points to consider when forming a budget, I also suggest that you search online to get a better idea of what others might be paying for in the world of Kitchen and Bath. The specialty accessories what are available today are outstanding. They just add cost. More things to consider in forming your budget is to include Electrical work and Plumbing. If no outlets, switches or sink locations change the cost of these services should not be too bad.

- Paperstone 110.00-140.00 a sq ft.
- Most solid surface brands 65.00-80.00 a sq ft
- Most Quartz brands 65.00-90.00 a sq ft
- Most Natural Stones 50.00-200.00 a sq ft
- Stainless Steel Tops 95.00 and up a sq ft.
( These material prices are subject to change based on manufacturers availability)
Undermount sink cut-outs $300.00 extra with free sink mounting and Support structure
Unpolished cut-outs 150.00 Faucet holes are free and cut on site (minimum 2)
*These materials can also be transformed to have a unique profile edge.
These materials can be mixed and backlit as well, these specialty edge treatments can vary from 50.00-200.00 a linear ft on top of the regular sq ft price.

* Some of the materials like Avonite Glass series and Glass can have a full backlit feature. That feature usually comes out to adding another 50.00 a sq ft for specialty structure building and the price of the lighting material.

Picking out Materials:
- Please visit our studio workshop to view all of our samples. We also have unique design applications and edge profiles that can stimulate you into personalizing your project. We have many inlay mixes from sea shells to glass chips in many colors. You can also bring your own trinkets to put into the countertops that remind you of something special. To help make your decision easier, please bring a tile, cabinet door/drawer, paint chips, etc. This way, you can really get a better idea of how these materials might look together. We have so many nice samples; we just want to make sure you are totally happy with your choices. Many of our past customers have also invited a Designer, Architect or friend to come with them to the shop that may help you in making a more informed decision.
Getting a quote:
- Call us to schedule an appointment to visit our studio workshop. Please bring your plans, blueprints, a rough sketch, etc. I can look over the plans while you are looking at samples. I then can give you a rough idea of cost. If you like and feel comfortable with choosing us to do your project, we can initiate production faster by signing an agreement right then and there. We will then order your materials to expedite your project into production. If we are just doing the countertops, we will schedule a time to come to your home or business once the cabinets are installed.

Templating:
- Our template team will meet you on-site to create templates of your countertops.
- If we have done the cabinets, we will template the base cabinets to initiate production of your countertops.
- Please be sure to have your sink, faucet and cook top information on-hand when we are there to template.
Installation:
- These templates are then laid out on your selected materials and precisely cut into components that will become your countertops. We then will invite you to inspect and approve these components and schedule an exact date of delivery and installation.
- When you are happy with these parts by visiting the shop, or thru pictures or video, we will load them and transported them to your home for installation.
